A Heartwarming Christmas Celebration with Jan’s Heart
As the festive season reminds us of the joy of giving and the beauty of community, Jan’s Heart hosted a truly magical Christmas party on 17 December 2024 at the Hee-Haw Party Venue. The event brought together children from our program, staff from Umephi and staff from Jan’s Heart who made the day unforgettable.
The Hee-Haw Party Venue was filled with laughter and the radiant energy of children embracing the holiday spirit. From festive games and activities to delicious treats and heartwarming moments, the day was a perfect blend of joy and hope.
A Celebration of Love and Gratitude
This year’s Christmas party was a testament to the incredible impact of your support. It’s because of your generosity that we can bring smiles to the faces of children who might otherwise feel forgotten during the holidays. Every donation, act of kindness, and moment shared with these children has been a step toward transforming lives.
Highlights of the Day
• Exciting Activities: The children enjoyed train rides, swimming, jumping castle and fun-filled games that lit up their faces with excitement.
• A Visit from Santa: Santa himself made an appearance, handing out beautifully wrapped gifts to each child, reminding them that they are cherished and valued.
• Festive Feast: Thanks to our incredible sponsor, Capello’s Glen Kempton Park, the kids indulged in a delicious meal chicken stripes and chips) that brought the festive spirit to life. (Response from kids was that the meal was even better than KFC)
