Creating Safe Spaces For Play - Umephi House Thandi Outdoor Upgrade

 

At Jan’s Heart NPC, we believe that every child deserves a safe and fun place to play. That’s why we were thrilled to upgrade the outdoor play equipment at Umephi House Thandi, ensuring the children can enjoy their playtime in a safer environment.

 

 

We moved the play equipment to a safer area, providing the children with a more secure space to explore and have fun. To make the playtime even better, we built a roofing structure to protect the equipment from the sun, keeping it cool and safe for the children, even on the hottest days.

 

A huge shoutout goes to Duncan Campbell for his incredible generosity and hard work in making this project a reality. Thanks to Duncan and all our Generous Hearts, the children of Umephi House Thandi can now enjoy their playtime safely and comfortably.
