Supporting Diabetic Residents at Lofdal Retirement Village - A Gift Of Health

At Jan’s Heart NPC, we understand the challenges of living with diabetes, as our very own founder, Jan, faces this disease every day. Inspired by his journey, we reached out to 8 diabetic residents at Lofdal Retirement Village, providing each with a glucose monitor and a year's supply of testing sticks to help them manage their health more easily.

In addition, we were able to donate essential medical equipment to the village clinic, including a BP monitor, Otoscope, and pulse oximeter, along with sanitizer to ensure safe and efficient use.

Our commitment to health also extended to the 11 Umephi Children's Homes, where we provided each home with a contactless thermometer and pulse oximeter to help monitor the children's health in a safe and effective way.

A special thank you to VM & K for their generous discount on this equipment, which made it possible for us to offer these much-needed resources.

Together, we are improving healthcare access for both the elderly and children, ensuring that every community we touch has the tools they need for better health and wellbeing.
